Course Overview
The Skills Development Facilitator programme prepares learners to develop organisational training and development plans, identify skills gaps, provide guidance on skills-development matters and coordinate workplace learning interventions.
Learners also develop the administrative and consultation skills required to support workplace skills planning and promote an organisational culture of continued learning.
