Course Overview
The Learner Support and Mentoring programme prepares practitioners to assist learners with programme information, learning requirements, assessment processes, career-progression opportunities and common learning challenges.
Learners also develop skills in individual development planning, guidance, record keeping and the evaluation of learner-support services. The programme includes an introduction to outcomes-based education, the National Qualifications Framework and the structure of national qualifications.
